Instead, I became broke.
Instead, I became spent.
Instead, I became stuck.

Think on your feet,
That's what I thought.
Instead, my feet stood still.
Instead, I didn't move.
Instead, I stayed.

If only what I thought was wrong,
Then it would easily be right.
If only everything was clearer,
Then there wouldn't be any hesitation.
If only 'if only' happens,
Then there will be no regrets.
